Superb location, spotlessly clean, modern amenities, helpful staff, fine furnishings, dreamy bed.

Our stay at Villa Fedora was worth every penny. The room was fantastic with luxurious touches and a comfortable bed. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the entrance of the walled town. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

Breakfast offerings could use a bit more variety, although they did have a good selection of gluten-free products.

Located in a prime area, this hotel offers the advantage of being within walking distance of the city center and providing secured parking. The staff, especially Sarah, is attentive and goes above and beyond to satisfy guests' needs. The rooms are modern, tidy, and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a choice of pillows. The breakfast is delicious, with a variety of high-quality produce. The pool and garden are idyllic, providing a perfect setting for relaxation.

Our stay at this luxurious B&B was absolutely mind-blowing! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a chilled bottle of Prosecco in our modern and immaculately clean room. The beds were so comfortable, with a choice of pillows that made us feel like we were sleeping on clouds. The breakfast spread was truly jaw-dropping, with high-quality and carefully selected produce. Although there was no cooked breakfast, the eggs and toast were perfect for us. The pool area was a real highlight, with its modern design and crystal-clear water. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the city center and with the convenience of private parking. We loved the easy check-in process and the helpful recommendations from Sara for local attractions and dining options. our stay was super enjoyable and we can't wait to come back someday!

Had an amazing Christmas at this hotel! The room was super clean and stylish, with bathrobes and slippers provided. The bed was so comfortable and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even left a free bottle of Prosecco and water in the room upon arrival. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main attractions. Plus, there was a lovely little pool with deck chairs in the backyard, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

The only downside was the lack of storage space in the bedroom. The floating wardrobes were not deep enough to hang clothes and there were no drawers or shelving units either.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The state-of-the-art technology and keyless access added a modern touch. The furnishings were stunning and the bed was dreamy. The swimming pool and sun loungers were a perfect place to relax.

The villa is in a prime location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and walk into the walled city. Onsite and secured parking is a big plus. the staff, especially Sara, went above and beyond to cater to our every need and answer our questions. Highly recommend for a worry-free and relaxing stay.

Stayed at a place with a fancy terrace, free WiFi and a pool. Enjoyed a vegetarian breakfast and visited cool places nearby. Pisa Airport was close too. And hey, they even had a fridge!

Oh, I just loved everything so much, couldn't find a single thing to complain about!
